49bit Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the legal agreement applicable between the 49bit platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). Any reference to "services" in these Terms means 49bit's online betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, and all related services.

Each member may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be permanently closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

Information Provided at Registration

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an account. If any of your information changes, you must inform our support team as soon as possible. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify our support team immediately. 49bit will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with a third party.

All financial transactions on 49bit are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major local banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Each successful deposit is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source — money laundering or any illegal transaction is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Limits and Process

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The account used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name.

Applicable Fees and Charges

49bit generally does not impose any service charges on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank, etc.) may apply their own charges — 49bit is not responsible for this.

49bit offers bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable terms. The general terms of the welcome bonus are described below.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must place bets totalling ৳15,000 before bonus winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to deposited funds.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a member abuses bonus offer terms, places strategic bets, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage, the bonus may be cancelled.
• No bonus offer may be combined with another offer unless the applicable offer explicitly states otherwise.
• 49bit reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.

All betting activity on 49bit is conducted under defined rules. It is your responsibility to read the specific rules for each game or event before betting.

Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless an alternative arrangement is provided by the applicable game or platform. The cancellation of erroneous bets caused by technical errors is at 49bit's discretion.

Sports Betting

When betting on sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi, keep the following in mind:

• Odds may change at any time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, 49bit will act in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Bets related to match-fixing or any attempt to influence a result by dishonest means will be cancelled.

Casino Games

Each casino game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and payout structure. Generally, the house maintains a marginal advantage over the long term. Games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and other major providers are available on 49bit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 49bit. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and, where applicable, legal action:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Abusing bonus terms, bonus arbitrage, or "bonus hunting".
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games.

• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• At the request of a financial institution or due to a legal obligation.
• Voluntary self-exclusion by the member under responsible gaming.

Account Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at any time. Funds remaining in the balance can be withdrawn before closure. Requests to close an account must be made through our support team.

• Failure or delays by third-party payment service providers.
